How to Accept or Decline a Chargeback Request


Step 1: Log in to your account
Step 2: Click on the chargeback tab

Step 3: Search for and click on the specific chargeback request
Step 4: Click on the Accept or Decline buttons at the top of the page.


Alert
Note that declining a chargeback will require you to provide supporting proof of service delivery.
