How to Cancel a Customer’s Subscription


Step 1: Log in to your account
Step 2: Click on Payments in the left sidebar
Step 3: Click on Subscription to view your dashboard
Step 4: Click on the subscribers tab to view the subscribers for your product.

Step 5: Search for the specific subscription you want to cancel
Step 6: Click on the subscription
Step 7: Click the Cancel subscription button at the top right

Step 8: Confirm your request by clicking on “Yes, cancel.”

Info
Note: Your customer will no longer be charged after this current subscription expires.
