How to Contact a Merchant


If you ever need to reach out to a merchant before or after making a purchase, you can contact them in two easy ways.


1. Through Your Purchase Confirmation Email - For Event Tickets

After completing a ticket purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
This email always includes the merchant’s email address, so you can copy the email to contact them.

Steps:

  1. Open the purchase confirmation email in your inbox.

  2. Look for the merchant’s email address included in the message.

  3. Send your message to the merchant using your preferred email app.

2. Through the “Contact Seller” Button on the Checkout Page

You can also contact a merchant directly from the checkout page before making a purchase.

Steps:

  1. Visit the checkout page to make your purchase.

  2. Click on the Contact seller button.
    (This is usually located under the pricing and payment section.)

  3. A popup form will appear where you can enter your:

    • Email address

    • Name

    • Message



  1. After typing your message, click Send Message.

Your message will be sent directly to the merchant, and a response will be sent by the merchant to your email.
