How to Determine the Withdrawal Date for a Payment


When you receive a payment, the funds are usually not available for withdrawal immediately because all transactions must go through a processing period of 3-5 business days before they are available for withdrawal.

The processing period also takes into consideration the date and time the payment was made.

Here’s how to know when a payment will be due for withdrawal;

  • Log in to your Mainstack Dashboard.

  • Click on your Balance

  • Click on View All Transactions.

  • Click on the specific transaction or search for the transaction using email or name.

The due date on the payment details page is the date your payment will be due for withdrawal.

To confirm the date and time the payment was made;
  • Log in to your Mainstack Dashboard.

  • Click on your Balance

  • Click on View All Transactions.

  • Click on the specific transaction or search for the transaction using email or name.

  • Click on the dropdown arrow beside the timeline to view the date and time the payment was initiated.

For example, if John receives $20 as payment on Thursday, February 19th, at 12:30 pm, his payment will be due for withdrawal on Thursday, February 26th, at 12:30 pm.

Please note that the processing time for transactions also depends on the currency used in making payments.
For NGN transactions, the processing time is 24-48 working hours.
For other currencies, the processing time is 3-5 working days.
