How to determine who bears the transaction fees

Step-by-step guide on how to determine who bears the transaction fees.

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard

Step 2: Click on the Hamburger menu (☰)

Step 3: Click Settings

Step 4: Proceed to click Payment

Step 5: On the payment page, below the displayed platform fee, select your preferred option

• Make customers pay the transaction fees
• Charge the merchant the fees

Step 6: Next, click Save changes.
