How to Find a Customer’s Transaction Information and Payment Clearance Date


  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Transaction on the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the Customer filter
  4. Provide any of the customer information (name or email address)
  5. Click on the transaction to view the details, including the payment clearance date.

Note: The payment clearance date is also stated in the purchase notification email.
