How to Refund a Subscription Payment

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Click on Payments in the left sidebar

Step 3: Click on Subscription to view your dashboard

Step 4: Click on the subscribers tab to view the subscribers for your product.

Step 5: Search for the specific subscription you want refunded

Step 6: Click on the subscription

Step 7: Click the refund button at the top right

Step 8: Confirm the payment you want refunded and click “log refund”.
