How to Set up Automation

Quick guide on how to setup automations for recovering abandoned carts.
  1. Log in to your Mainstack Dashboard

  2. On the Home page, click on the Storefront icon.

  1. Click on More.

  2. Proceed to click Marketing.

  3. Click on Automation.

  4. Click on New automation.

  5. Title your automation and select the category of email trigger:

    • You can set the automation for an Abandoned sale or,

    • For a successful purchase.

  6. Proceed to Customize and schedule your email.

You can Click on ‘Send Test Email’, to send a test email to yourself. 

  1. Click on Start Automation to conclude the set-up process.
