Reasons for Payout Delays
Though we aim to process your payouts as quickly as possible, delays may occur sometimes. Here are a few reasons why this might happen:
- Verification or Compliance Checks: Additional identity verification or checks may be required to comply with security protocols before a payout can be processed.
- Banking Hours and Holidays: Weekends, holidays and varying banking hours can impact the timing of your payout.
- System Maintenance or Technical Issues: Occasionally, our platform or payout partners may experience technical issues or system updates, which can delay the payout process.
- Pending Transactions: If there's a pending transaction or issue (like a dispute or fraud check), it may temporarily delay your payout.
- Currency Conversion Delays: International transfers or currency conversions can sometimes take longer than expected.
- Incorrect Account Information: Ensure that your payout information (like your bank account number or PayPal details) is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete details can lead to delays.
- Unresolved Disputes or Claims: Any open disputes, chargebacks, or claims may hold up your payout until resolved.
