Understanding your Transaction Status on Mainstack
When you receive payments on Mainstack, each transaction is assigned a status to help you track its progress. Understanding what each status means will help you know when to expect your funds and take the right action if needed.
Transaction Status Types
1. Successful
This means the customer’s payment was completed and approved.
The transaction has been confirmed.
The fund has been added to your ledger balance, and
You can withdraw once the fund has cleared the standard processing time.
2. Failed
A failed transaction means the payment was not completed. This usually happens when:
The customer’s card or account had insufficient funds.
The bank declined the payment.
A network or authentication error occurred.
No funds are charged from the customer for failed transactions.
3. Abandoned
This means the customer initiated the payment but did not complete it.
For example, they closed the checkout page, did not approve their bank’s OTP, or left before finishing the process.

Processing Time & Withdrawals
Once a transaction is marked Successful, the funds go through a short processing period before becoming available for withdrawal.

After processing, your funds will reflect in your Available Balance, and you can withdraw to your preferred payout address.
Tip: Always ensure your payout information is up to date in your Mainstack account to avoid withdrawal delays.
