The dashboard provides real-time insights into your transaction history, payout status, and sales performance, helping you make informed business decisions.
The Transactions Dashboard displays two balance types that help you understand the status of your funds.
Your Ledger Balance represents the total amount of funds in your account that have not yet been paid out.
This includes:
Funds that are still processing.
Funds that have completed processing and are available for withdrawal.
Your Ledger Balance only decreases when a payout has been successfully processed.
Here's how your Ledger Balance works:
You make a sale worth $20.
Ledger Balance = $20
Available Balance = $0
Two days later, you make another sale worth $20.
Ledger Balance = $40
Available Balance = $0
The first $20 finishes processing.
Ledger Balance = $40
Available Balance = $20
You request a payout of the available $20, and the payout is successfully processed.
Ledger Balance = $20
Available Balance = $0
Note: This is an update from previous versions of Mainstack. The Ledger Balance now follows the standard financial definition by representing all funds that belong to your account until they have been successfully paid out.Your Available Balance is the portion of your Ledger Balance that has completed processing and is ready to be withdrawn.
As new payments finish processing, they automatically move into your Available Balance and become eligible for payout.
The Transactions Dashboard provides key revenue metrics to help you monitor your business performance.

Net Revenue is the amount you receive after applicable fees and deductions have been applied. This represents your actual earnings from completed transactions.
When you have funds available for withdrawal, you can use the Withdraw button to request a payout. Only your Available Balance can be withdrawn.
