This guide is for users experiencing login issues through a web browser. If you’ve received a notification about suspicious activity or need to unblock your account kindly write to us. If your customer can’t access their purchased products, click here (URL On Customer Hub article).

To begin, ensure that you are using the correct login page:
https://accounts.mainstack.co/login
If the web address is correct, double-check that the email address you're entering is the one associated with your Mainstack account.
Not sure? Try resetting your password to verify the correct email address.
Click the "Forgot Password" button.
Enter your email address.
If you receive password reset instructions in your inbox, you’ve got the right email!
If you don’t receive the reset instructions, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, you may be using the wrong email address.

If your email address is confirmed, the next step is to reset your password.
If you’ve received the password reset instructions, follow the steps to create a new password.
No email? Check your spam folder or try resetting your password again to ensure the instructions are sent to the right email address.
Once your password is reset, try logging in again with your new credentials.

Still having trouble logging in? You might be facing browser or caching issues. Try accessing your account using a different web browser (e.g., Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
If switching browsers doesn’t help, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
Here are guides for clearing your cache in popular browsers:
Google Chrome: Clear Cache and Cookies - Google Support

Sometimes cached data can prevent you from logging in. To resolve this:
Open your browser settings or preferences.
Clear your cache and cookies.
Restart your browser and try logging in again.

Having trouble with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), such as not receiving a code? Here are some tips:
Ensure your Authenticator app is properly set up and synced.
Verify your phone number is correct and that you have a stable network connection.
If the problem persists, contact Mainstack Support for assistance in resetting MFA.
