How to Access A Course After Purchasing It


Are you trying to locate a course or product you have purchased? Here’s a quick guide to help you access your product anytime you need it.
Right after completing your purchase, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you used at checkout.
This email includes:
  • Your transaction summary
  • The “Access Course” button
  • Instructions about course availability if it’s a drip course
  • Any additional instructions from the merchant

Option 2: Visit the Customer Hub

The Customer Hub is your personal learning space where all your purchased courses can be found.
To access it:
  1. Log in to the Customer Hub with the email address you used at checkout.
  2. A secure code will be sent to your email.
  3. Once logged in, you’ll see all your courses and access options.
