How to Enable Access Control

Note: This option is available for courses with the Pay-In-Tranches pricing model.

This is a step-by-step guide on how to enable access control on a course

  1. Log in to your Dashboard and navigate to the Course Hub.

  2. Click the “+ Add Course” button.

  3. Enter the basic details about your course:

    • Course Title

    • Course Description

  4. Click “Continue”.

  5. Add the Learning Objectives for the course, or skip this step to add them later.

  6. Click “Continue”.

  7. Upload a Cover Image for the course.

  8. If you’d like to include a preview video, toggle on the Preview Button and upload your video (optional).

  9. Click “Continue”.

  10. Select the "Pay In Tranches" pricing structure to set your Course Price

  11. Enter the one-time price

  12. Click on the "payment plan details" and enter the price, split payment plan and schedule  

  13. Then, proceed to toggle on the “Enable access control based on payment progress” button 

  14. Next, select your preferred Access Option.

    • Lock course until full payment is completed

    • Give access based on payment percentage

  15.  After selecting your preferred option, click Create Course, and proceed to

  16. Complete the course set-up process.
