How to Cancel Further Pay in Tranches Debits


Here’s a simple guide to cancel an ongoing tranche payment:


  1. Visit your Dashboard.

  2. Click on the More button

  3. Click on Pay In Tranches 

  4. Click on payment overview. 

  5. Search for the customer by email.

  6. Click ongoing

  7. Tap on the transaction, and 

  8. Proceed to cancel.

Awesome! You have canceled an ongoing tranche payment.
