How to Mark a Tranche Payment as Paid Offline.




If you receive a tranche payment outside Mainstack’s ecosystem and still want to track it, you can easily mark that payment as paid offline on your PIT dashboard.

Here’s a quick guide:

  1. Visit your Dashboard.

  2. Click on the More button, 

  3. Click on Pay In Tranches, 

  4. Click on payment overview. 

  5. Search for the customer by email.

  6. Click ongoing

  7. Tap on the transaction, and 

  8. Mark as Paid.
