Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Started

  1. Create your Masterclass Idea
    • Think of a simple topic you’re good at (e.g., “Beginner’s Guide to Video Editing” or “How to Land Freelance Clients”).
    • Decide if it’s online (Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram) or physical (in-person).
  2. Set up the class
    • Log in to your storefront dashboard 
    • Click Create product with AI.
    • Select “Other” as your product type.
    • Add the Masterclass details:
      • Product Title (e.g., “My First Canva Masterclass”)
      • Description (what participants will learn, duration, requirements)
      • Toggle on the product category button and select Masterclass, and
      • Proceed to upload the flyer for the event.
  3. Price your Ticket
    • Set a fair starting price (e.g., $10, ₦5,000, etc.).
    • Use the fast action pricing model to set Early Bird discounts and encourage quick registration.
  4. Customize the Purchase confirmation email
    • For online events: include the Zoom/Telegram link in the purchase confirmation email.
    • For physical events: provide the event address and any entry details.

    • From the pop-up menu, click Send Email to customers.

    • Create and schedule the email reminders (e.g., 3 days before, 1 day before, 1 hour before). Include Zoom links, Telegram group access, or venue address if needed).
6. Engage after the Event
  • Send a follow-up email with:
    • A replay of the event (if recorded).
