How to view your chargeback dashboard

This is a step-by-step guide on how to view your chargeback dashboard. You can track, manage and address all disputes from this dashboard.

1. Log in to your Mainstack Dashboard.
2. On the Home page, click on Storefront. 
3. Click on the ‘...More’ button.
4. Select Chargeback.
   

On this dashboard, you can view pending chargebacks, view won and lost disputes. You can search for a specific chargeback via the email address linked to the transaction or transaction ID.
