How to Update Your Business Email Address


Your business email address is where Mainstack sends important notifications related to that specific business, including transactions, payouts, and customer receipts.
Keeping this email up to date ensures that you don’t miss important updates or alerts.
Steps to Update Your Business Email Address
  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
  2. Click on the hamburger icon with your profile picture (three lines) at the top right corner of your dashboard.
  3. Click on Account settings
  4. Click on Business information
  5. Review or update your email address.
  6. Click on Save changes
Once saved, all future notifications for that business will be sent to the updated email address.
Things to Keep in Mind
  • The business email address must be valid and accessible.
  • Each business under your account can have its own unique email address.
Account-wide notifications (for example, password resets or profile updates) will still go to your main account email.
