What to Do If You Didn’t Receive the Email Verification During Account Setup


When creating a new Mainstack account, you’ll need to verify your email address before proceeding to the next stage. 
If you haven’t received the verification email, follow the steps below to fix the issue.

1. Check Your Spam or Promotions Folder
  • If you find the email there, open it and click the verification link to continue.
2. Click the “Resend” Button
If you still don’t see the email, you can request a new one.
  1. Go back to the Please verify your email screen.
  2. Click Didn’t see it? Resend.
  3. Wait a few seconds and check your inbox again.
This sends a fresh verification email to the same address you used during signup.
3. Your Email Might Be Incorrect: Update It
If you’ve checked all folders and still don’t receive the email, even after resending, it’s possible that the email you entered is incorrect or not receiving messages.
To fix this:
  1. On the verification page, click Wrong email? Change email.
  2. Enter a new, valid email address.
  3. A new verification email will be sent to the updated address.
